    What about coding new battery? Even cars 10 years old need reprogramming to change the charging cycle according new battery needs. Might not apply to American cars, but it's the case with more advanced European models such as BMW , Audi and Mercedes.

    @ 0:55 First unscrew the positive. But negative is already removed. Great video and steps. Thinking that having accurate videos will help a lot of people. A lot are scared and nervous when touching their car for the first time.

    Not following SOP ...before you remove the battery you should check first all the car accessories ,must be (OFF ALL)..then put a memory saver before you loosen both terminal...remember all the car now have a computer box that axis in all sensor part of your car...prevent reset all the details of your car to avoid some eror in your car...another one always follow the step by removing & returning back first the negative terminal to avoid short circuit...dont forget to check the battery Volts before you installed a new one ..level 12.5V above is good for new..if below do not buy it ,it’s old stock...

    This works for most cars. You need to find the hold down strap. Some times it’s not held in with bolts. Some cars have it in the rear. This is a more common system and there for will help more people
