Is gorgeous. But there's several (imo) design atrocities: -the kitchen upper cabinets. -2 dishwashers? -why so many places to sit your ass just watching the view? -why the tv is facing the window? The reflection won't let you see it comfortably during the day. -why the desk giving it's back to the window? You won't be able to work comfortably with the computer for the window's reflection. -the main kitchen counter colors make it difficult to clean it and see if stained or dirty. -that striped walkway, with a refrigerator? And blocking the way if someone is using it -a 40millions penthouse with just that tiny bath instead of a jacuzzi? -No gym? -so much space used on 78th floor for sofas and the kids bedrooms all tiny and next to the laundry?

Overpriced sterile environment in an dirty, lawless, immoral city in a state that charges you high taxes, the city charges you high taxes, there's a city tax just to love in the city, expensive toll, crappy roads, no trees or greenery when you outside just hostile concrete. Use that 39.5 Million to really buy some beautiful land in TX or Montana plus you can own as many guns as you want

This year I just finished build my own house, the total cost was only around $13.700. I'm so grateful.. Though, i saw lots of videos about those expensive luxury houses or cars, I never feel poor and pity myself. I'm grateful, and I probably have a happier life than the rich.. love y'all

That kitchen is hideous, I wouldn't have it installed for free. The black and white stripe design, abominable doesn't quite describe how atrocious is it. The Rennie MacIntosh look, steel and glass and contemporary chairs/tables make it look like an upmarket cafe. The saying "more money than sense" comes to mind, and also the interior designer...it doesn't quite seem to be the correct vocation for her. To end, can someone tell the presenter his loafers with no socks look expired sometime in the early nineties
