Theory: Project 863 is this entire series, sort of like a social experiment to see how a youtube community would react to this series of events. That would be why the crew, and furthermore the viewers, cannot know what the project is because once there is knowledge of it the entire project would end, and it would make sense why Matthias, Sam and Woods are so central to the project because they are so central to the series itself. Just a theory that I'm throwing out there, but no matter what this series is amazing! I'm so glad I got my partner into this series, and this channel in general (even if it means I now have to wait to watch the videos with him and not as soon as they come out).

What if D, D3b, Deb whatever you want to call it is a AI, Robot or advanced program of some kind? If she is some advance AI, robot or program it would explain why she refers to herself as a unit, has said that her memory is corrupt seek physical storage and why she references absolute dates. Is it possible that she was designed to oversee these projects and began to see Nelson as a threat to them. She also claims that she potentially has knowledge of the future but it all goes dark on March 5th, will something happen then that results in her being disconnected? I know we have heard a voice in relation to D but robots and computers can talk what's to say they didn't give her a voice? Maybe she was put in charge of the projects and while overseeing them began to see Nelson as a threat and tried to warn Weasley but was ignored, she then started 863 to stop the threat Nelson was becoming and set all of this in motion and has now chosen the team as a part of 863? Seems like she was never able to stop Nelson herself and the entire point of 863 is to stop Nelson! Nelson claims shes the reason he needs the serum could she have started the fire to try to stop him or cover up something she did to Nelson and now he needs the serum to counteract what she did?

Ok, what IF you guys ARE project 863. I mean you guys were chosen for something and she said that the project is a key to "stopping" Syphus. You guys were given all the evidence and stuff for some reason, like to help confirm stuff or to help her find more information she can't get despite having a detective at her side. OR, that fire could have been project 863. She could've hired someone to set it. QUESTION is, weren't they all there when it happened? Like weren't her, the co-founder and Syphus in the building or unit when the fire happened? How did they not get hurt or let alone survived since there were 20 something casualties?

What if d3b was a way that Deb could manipulate Syphus by making it a data base of answers which are correct and incorrect and whenever she really needed to manipulate him she would tap into the code. It could be used as a form of protected communication between D and the other co founder where they could hide it as a data base.

1) what happened to Weasley 2) did D create Life's Blood of Nelson's order 3) is Life's Blood 863, and was Nelson the last test subject 4) she confirmed that Syphus took on government contracts so we can definitely assume he was doing some kind of MK Ultra stuff. 5) if D has authorities on her side we can also assume Syphus is doing some shady stuff. You shouldn't trust Syphus at all. He is erratic. This Life's Blood could be a dangerous drug. We already know parts of it is corrosive.
